Kinesiology is the study of human movement. The Kinesiology program at ÃÛÌÒAPP offers courses that promote an understanding of health and wellness as they relate to optimal physical, mental, emotional, and social development. The learning opportunities offered in the Kinesiology program can be an essential factor in discovering how physical activity and sport can affect our quality of life and well-being.Â
Core areas include; Aquatics, Combative Skills, Fitness, Individual Sports, Team Sports and Training and Theory. Occupational Skills Awards (OSA) are offered in Athletic Training, Coaching and Yoga Teacher Training (certification through the Yoga Alliance).  Â
